No second-position or unsecured exposure. Every dollar deployed by the fund is secured by a recorded first-lien deed of trust — giving your clients seniority over any other creditor of the borrower on that property.

6–18 month loan terms keep the portfolio adaptive. Unlike long-dated private debt, short durations allow the fund to reset pricing quickly in response to changing rate environments and market conditions.

FirstBridge works best for clients who are seeking predictable income from outside the equity markets, have the minimum $100,000 available to commit, and understand that private debt is illiquid by nature.

Accredited investor with $250K+ in investable assets

FirstBridge is appropriate for clients with a meaningful alternative allocation, not a client putting their first $100K to work. The minimum investment should represent a reasonable, diversified allocation within a broader portfolio.

Income-oriented with a multi-year time horizon

Clients drawn to FirstBridge are typically looking for a reliable income stream — not capital appreciation. They understand and accept the 5-year investment hold period and are not dependent on this capital for near-term liquidity.

Comfortable with private, non-traded alternatives

FirstBridge is not a registered security. It is a Reg D private placement. Clients should understand that there is no secondary market, no daily NAV, and no FDIC protection. The fund is appropriate for the alternatives sleeve of a diversified portfolio.

Submit your inquiry below. We'll send you the PPM, LP Agreement, fund fact sheet, and a summary of the fund's underwriting standards — everything you need to complete your initial due diligence.

Schedule a call with the FirstBridge team

We're available to answer your questions, walk through the fund structure, and discuss how FirstBridge fits into specific client portfolio contexts. Most advisor conversations take 30–45 minutes.

Present to qualified clients

Once you've completed your due diligence, you're authorized to present FirstBridge to qualified accredited investors in your book. We can provide client-facing materials to support your presentation.

Coordinate client onboarding

You coordinate the subscription agreement and capital wire. FirstBridge sends a welcome letter directly to your client confirming their subscription, and you receive a copy. Your client receives quarterly statements through you.
